At OCA, our choir program is a place where students can develop their vocal talents, grow in confidence, and experience the joy of music in a supportive and faith-centered environment. Through dedication and teamwork, students learn the value of discipline, expression, and excellence in choral performance.

WHAT STUDENTS EXPERIENCE IN OUR CHOIR PROGRAM

The choir program at OCA is open to all students in grades 5th-12th. Students participate in daily classes to learn and refine the craft of choral music. All choir students will participate in a choral ensemble and will also be given the opportunity to participate in Ensemble Competitions, as well as individual pursuits such as Solo Competitions and All-Region/All-State Competitions.

Choral singing strengthens communication, memory, and emotional expression, providing students with lifelong skills that benefit both their academic and personal growth. Our choir program encourages students to strive for excellence while experiencing the joy of making music together.
